I usually love my trips out of town because I get to go to a burger place that I don't have access to on a daily basis within my local area, but instead I was left with a severe feeling of disappointment on my drive home after eating a burger from the Lord's Kitchen.
I opted to go with a regular cheeseburger because I wanted a full meal of fries and a drink and looking back now, I should maybe have gotten a specialty burger instead. The toppings that came on this burger were all the average things that you would expect from a burger place and it didn't taste like they were high quality, now they did not taste like they were of bad quality, just an average kind of taste.
The meat, which I feel like should be the thing that you should take pride on, was bland. It honestly tasted to me like a burger that one may find at a drive thru like Burger King or Wendy's. And for the price I was paying, I AM NOT happy with that.
The bun fell to the same story as the meat and toppings. I paid a premium price for the same thing I could have gotten elsewhere for half the price.
All in all, I was not impressed with this place, but I am not saying that the burger is "bad" by any means, I was just having a higher expectation, especially since I drove 180 miles to it. Better luck on my next trip.



VERDICT: 2.5 out of 5 Stars.
